Place and order:
All orders must be emailed to karenkreek@mac.com.
I'm happy to take your order, answer questions and give pricing 406-579-4152.  All orders are 4-6 weeks for completion. We accept all major credit cards with a 3.5% usage fee.

 

Shipping/Packing:
We ship UPS and Freight best for your area. All pre paid before we ship.Usually 5-7 days pending on your location. Our furniture is “ART” so we pack it to the highest of standards
to ensure safe delivery. We have a packing fee as follows:
Small $45-50.00
Med. $50-80.00
Large $80-150.00
X Large $150-300.00

Damage:
You are responsible to note damage on your carriers bill of lading. And must make a claim to them in 48 hrs.
If you see visible damage to the box you can refuse the item or make the carrier open the box to inspect inside contents.

Returns:
If you are not happy with your order call us with in 5 days of the delivery and let us know. You will need to re-pack (with UPS store who packs funriture) and ship back at your expense. When we receive item in good condition we will issue a refund for the furniture item only.

TO THE TRADE PLACING AN ORDER:

All orders must be emailed to KK, we will send back a confirmation order with amount due and ship date.  Standard production is 4-6 weeks busy season 6-8.  50% deposit due on all orders, any customizing to and order is a pre-paid order.  Credit card usage fee 3.5%.

Must receive your deposit in 5-7 days to keep your schedule ship date given, or we will reschedule a later date after deposit is received.

Final invoice for shipping/packing will be emailed 10 days prior to ship date to be paid in full before shipping.

  • Orders not paid prior to the scheduled ship date and we are holding the order for 7days the 8th day we will charge a storage fee $25.00 per day, until payment is made.
